Isabel Alzate, also known as Sofia Strada, is a director, screenwriter, and author who writes historical period dramas, crime stories, adventures, and fantasy. Her credits include the short story “Big Night Secret” in Down in the Dirt and her appearance in the documentary film Black Fruit Juice. Isabel has a Bachelor of Science in Entertainment Business, a Master of Science in Innovation and Entrepreneurship,  and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Full Sail University. She is earning an M.A. in Producing from Regent University after transferring her MFA in Motion Pictures and Television Directing Track degree from the Academy of Art University.  In addition to enjoying media from around the world, Isabel's hobbies include learning about different languages and cultures, a passion she attributes to having lived on three continents.
