The Pörkölt Experience

János decided to make his favorite dish in the world, Pörkölt, while we were in Turin, Italy. I had never had this meat stew before, which shocked the theatrical János so much that he insisted on making it in our friend, Alessandra’s, kitchen. It was kind of strange to be eating a Hungarian dish on Italian soil, but it turned out to be a good experience because it was very hearty and filling. That’s something every ballerina should have in order to dance for long hours at a time.


It’s also something that I need in order to solve the strange accidents that keep happening to my friend. I think I just heard something crash in the foyer, I better check out what it is.
